It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that the Kearney Volunteer Fire Department (KVFD) inform the community of the death of our colleague and friend, Terry Eirich, who passed away on December 10, 2025.
KVFD Pancake Feed
The 2023 KVFD Pancake Feed is next Saturday, September 30th, at Fire Station 1! Enjoy some flap jacks, sausage, coffee, and orange juice! The pancake feed is a free-will donation, and our KVFD ladies’ auxiliary will have their bake sale! You don’t want to miss this tasty breakfast!
9/11 Memorial Stair Climb
The Annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb will be taking place this year at the Buffalo County Fair Expo Center. Put together a team and come remember those who served their country. Your climb can be completed between 11 AM – 8 PM. Register online or at the Facebook Page.
